Mr. TUFANI RAM

As a highly motivated and results-oriented professional, Mr Ram brings over thirty-four years of proven management and directorship experience within the power industry. His expertise in steering company profits in emerging markets, combined with his commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and service, has allowed him to achieve optimal outcomes in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive business relationships with a wide range of agencies and organizations within the private and public sectors and has proven ability to work effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.

His retirement (the General Manager of NTPC and Director SBI) has not stopped him from constantly seeking new challenges to further develop his managerial skills and he continues to be deeply interested in both new venture start-up initiatives and established businesses. Mr Ram has a broad range of senior management experience, including power generation, development of large-scale thermal power plants, and control systems for newly formed companies, along with his expertise in electrical distribution and protection. These skills have equipped him well to provide a wide range of senior management services to progressive organizations. His strong background in engineering R&D, business improvement, and QEHS, as well as extensive experience in P&L management, sales/business development, and organization building and restructuring, make him an invaluable asset to us as an Advisory Board Member.
